If there is one thing that Africans do not understand, it is tanning. The concept of deliberately sitting in the sun for hours in hopes of attracting a mate of equal shades of orange just doesn't really make a lot of sense to Ugandans. So, Katie and I decided to take some of our Ugandan friends to the Sheraton pool to instruct them on the proper way to flirt with skin cancer.
